Devoti Fantastica

Description

Analyzing of the Rules and of Devoti existing hull shape winning all possible podium places within more then last decade has lead to the new Devoti Fantastica. It was realized that the Rules allow for a bigger margin of improvement than anticipated. Played with several shapes within the scope of the Rules, decided to focus on the reduction of volume in the middle and get the straighter possible lines at the back of the hull.

The roots of the D-Fantastica project are inspired by the desire to get a more efficient and powerful hull. Using all the most recent CAD design solutions for the hull design and 3D aerospace and automotive technologies for the production of tools, both connected through knowledge and skills of the Devoti Sailing team have resulted in the D-Fantastica. Much progress lies in a near perfect shape and symmetric hull but also in the internal structures.
